To some, I am known as The Duck, but to explain why is too long a story.
I am happiest when I’m pottering around in a kitchen, or basking in the sun thinking about what and how to potter in the kitchen.
Although an avid eater and enjoyer of food, for numerous reasons most of what I cook tends to be a combination/variation of low-carb, no/low sugar, vegetarian (but not strictly) and many times lactose free (or low).
Truth be told, when I enter the kitchen I don’t always know what will come out as I often cook following my intuition, imagination and tastebuds.
